Attending meetings / groups / SOAR class—And much more. Give it your all each and every day. We know of not one person who has ever quit a substance that was lazy in their efforts. Diligence is in the opposite direction of laziness. Make it happen!
10 SOAR Practices
Reading: 10-20 min. 3-5 times a day. Mix up locations.
Meditation: Morning, afternoon, night. Spend time in solitude. Organize thoughts / planning. Work on prayer and gratitude often.
Strength & Conditioning: 3-5 days a week. Pay attention to the details of your training. Be consistent!
Good Nutrition: Work through the phases (1, 2, 3). Take it very serious and pay attention.
Creating Experiences: Create jogging, hiking, walking, swimming, and family experiences.
Early To Rise: Get up early and at the same time every day.
Early to Bed: Go to bed early and at the same time every night.
Morning Water: Upon waking, drink a big glass of water.
Gratitude: Everyday, find something to be grateful for.
