Technique has to be efficient on the clean before any real jump in loads can take place. A. Back Squat 3 Reps X 3 Rest 2-3 MinutesB. Push Press 3 Reps X 3 Rest 2-3 MinutesC. Power Clean 3 Reps X 5 Rest 2-3 Minutes +4 Sets of:10 Burpees AFastAPRun 200 Meters AFastAp Rest 2 Minutes*Post loads used & 4 different times on the Burpee/200meter Run.
