WAR WorkoutA. Overhead Squat 3 reps x 3 (Revert back to journal for previous#)    Rest 2 MinutesB. 1 Power Snatch/3 OHS/1 Squat snatch; Build to a tough set    Rest 2 MinutesC. On the Minute - 3 Tough Touch & Go Clean & Jerks (155,135,115,95,65); 4 KBS (Adv. 6KBS 70lbs) for 10 Min.    +40 challenging HSPU for time OR Hand Stand Holds ALAP X 4;Rest 2 minutesGYM NOTE: Revert back to Journal on the OHS (Part A) to see the load you used last.  Most of you were fairly light, and are still just working on technique with no more than the bar.  Let's work at this today, and get better at this movement.  It's the same concept on part B for you beginners.  You  are just working on the technique of these movements, so your load is going to be light (PVC,BAR, Maybe 65lbs).  It is of no use trying to go heavy on part A, part B or Part C if you don't have the technique.  The only way you'll get these movements down is by listening, observing, and practicing.  Don't get frustrated - these are tough movements. For those of you who are familiar and comfortable with these movements, challenge yourself and look to get a new PR.  Part D is the same as last week; keep working on getting deeper on the HSPU.  For those of you who are on the HS holds, look to implement a little bit of movement - see where you're at.Classroom DiscussionA.
