Bubb and Cole will be doing this workout around 7 or 7:30 PM. For you advanced guys, it's important to get this 5th day in. There is strategy behind the programming, it's not just mix and match. Every day missed is a big deal; it all depends on how far you want to take your fitness levels. Kyle Boyer from CrossFit Dixie got - 8:29 (He's Elite).  See if you can get at him.  My score was 10:38, which might be more realistic.  Get at me. Toes must hit the bar every time for the rep to count.  Good range of motion thrusters with full extension and proper depth.  Make it happen.
