Saturday JourneyOn a treadmill perform two 10 minute intervals with a two minute rest in between. Set your speed at 6.0 or 7.0 and the incline at 1.0. Then on the minute every minute for 10 minutes increase your incline .5. After 10 minutes is up, rest 2 minutes, and then do the same thing on the decline till you are back to 1.0. Go find a treadmill, whether it's at the club, or your parents old one. Everyone can find a treadmill somewhere. Think outside the box and make this happen.
