A. Clean Grip Dead Lift - build to a tough 3 TnG reps with short restsB. 3 TnG Power Cleans/1 Power Jerk - be confident & aggressive    Rest 45 seconds X 5C. Ring Dips AMRepsAP - Slow & Controlled; 1 sec pause at top; 3 sec down; advanced do weighted for 2-3 reps w/same tempo.    Rest 2 Minutes X 3-5D. 10-15 Elevated Ring Push Ups into Ring Plank Holds ALAP    Rest 2 Minutes X 3-5GYM NOTE: Working on getting stronger. Challenge yourself A-D on loads and reps. On B you will go 3 touch and go power cleans; after third PC, you will do one Power Jerk, and then rest 45 seconds X 5. Stick to the tempo on the ring dips, advanced do weighted for 2-3 reps. On part D you will have your feet on a box just as if you were doing ring plank holds, only you will start with ring pushups, followed by holds ALAP.
