A. Warm Up Jog for 5 Minutes     +B. Run 1 Minute @ 95% Effort; Jog 1 Minute @ 50% Effort X 10     +C.  Cool Down Jog for 5 Minutes     +D. Write about where your thinking went during the running experience, and how you felt after.  NOTE: Challenge yourself, you will need a timer or a watch. Try and do the running unbroken - meaning not stoping and walking. Log your distance including warm - up and cool down.
