A. Perform a casual 15 minute Swim, working on technique; stretching and almost rehabilitating in the water by working out the kinks. +B. Sweat, stretch & meditate in a sauna; make sure you rehydrate +C. Read & Work on your spirituality periodically all weekend. Don't make it a casual effort, try and find something through this; learn something about yourself. +D. Re-evaluate your diet. Recommit if necessary
