Be Thankful for Good Friends
NOTE: For this experience you are going to need a light pack (camel back) to put your food and water in.A. Hike intensely for 45-60 minutes time - rough terrain. Be creative of where you do this experience, the more unique the place is - the better. Make sure you have some form of recovery with you (protein bar, almonds, apple, turkey jerky, etc). While hiking, think of someone you can call or send a text message to. This should be someone that has played a positive role in your life; someone that you can thank for their good example, and the help that they have provided you in your life. +B. Call or text the person you were thinking of; everyone has someone that has played a positive role in their life. Call or text this person, and let them know how thankful you are for all that they have done for you. Make this happen, and don't be afraid to make this happen, for its through experiences like this that the greatest high of all can be achieved. DON'T BE AFRAID TO BE UNIQUE. +C.
