A. AMRoundsAP in 15 Minutes of:7 Supine Ring Pull Ups + 7 True Push UpsNOTE: Supine are laying on your back, then pulling yourself up to the rings, similar to a row. True Push ups are elevated pushups, then getting a good stretch-touching your chest to the ground. Scaled do regular push ups. +B. 3 Hang Power Clean & Jerk + 6 Fast Burpees on the top of every minute for 6 minutesNOTE: Beginner, just think about doing HPC + Push press, since your weight will be lighter. Intermediate to advanced, challenge yourself with the load. Log loads used, and notes concerning intensity. +C. 30 Turkish Get Ups for timeNOTE: Use 55/35lb Kettlebell. If you are unfamiliar with this movement, google it and start light- and work on efficiency. If you are able to, perform these on some grass, or at a place of beauty. Drive to a park, or go somewhere, don't just do them on a hard gym floor; however, if that's your only option than by all means- make it happen.
