Experience Hill Sprints

A. Perform ten 40 Yard Steep Hill Sprints, preferably on grass; rest 90 seconds.  Hill should be steep, but short in length. During the rest, think about the progress you have made through living the WAR Lifestyle.      +B. Work on your spiritual self for 20 minutes in whatever form you want (Scripture study, Reading, Prayer, Meditation, etc.)      +C.
