If you went on a three day bender, where you climbed back into Opiate, Weed, and Alcohol, it's not as hard as every one makes it out to be to stop the forward roll of your addiction. If you have the idea in mind that you will never accomplish anything in this life if you keep on down this path, then you will have the motivation to stop. It's those who don't have a dream or a vision of themselves living a successful life that end up struggling with long term relapse. These people cannot see themselves living the abundant life, in which they lack the necessary competitive spirit and courage to bounce back from a relapse for fear of it being just to hard. It's not that hard, so lets not continue to blow it out of proportion as everyone seems to do. The way back is a challenge, but it is a very doable challenge if you have the idea in mind that in order for you to live and enjoy the finer things in life, then you must stay clear and free of all harmful addictive substances. I would love to hear what you think concerning this concept..please post to comments or email me..dustin@workoutaddictionrecovery.com
