Gym Experience

I love my kids. Our kids can protect us from our addiction. The more that I focus intensely on being a good father, even getting lost in serving them-that I've come to realize that it is my children who can protect me from my own self. If I stay close to my children, putting them first always, then all will be well in my life because my priorities will be in line. I think if we focus on strengthening our families - then so will we as individuals strengthen. I'm a believer in being a family man.

CLEARAMRAP in 4 minutes of:20 Double Unders + 5 BurpeesNOTE: keep working at getting better at double Unders. The only way you will get them is by practicing them. Go at this at about 90% effort. STRONGA. 3 Back Squat-low bar (90%); rest 2 minutes X 3NOTE: Your percentage is based off of last weeks 1rm (advanced to intermediate only). Do all three sets at this exact percentage.  Novice, do 5 reps X 3- working on technique, and going slightly heavier than last week (linear progression)B. On the minute for 6 minutes perform: 3TnG Squat Cleans (155/115) + 8 KBS (70/55)NOTE: Scale as necessary, keeping detailed notes of how your technique and loading is coming along. Keep notes, as this is important for you to progress. Goal is to stay within the minute per set, then completing 6 sets.BALANCE3 Rounds For Time of: 30 Wall Balls + Run 400 metersNOTE: Advanced -shoot to do unbroken.
