He follows the program on-line and participates only in the Remote & Weekend Experiences, where he goes out daily and creates magical experiences for himself through being physically and spiritually active. NOTE: Percentage is based off of last weeks 1 RM. Log load used, and also record how it went..B. 3 TnG Power Snatch + 5-10 OHS; rest 2 minutes X 3NOTE: Advanced/Intermediate, make these 3 challenging work sets. Novice, working on technique/active shoulder/flexibility - going light. (pvc work)BALANCE4 Sets of: 8 Thrusters (115/75) + 8 fast Burpees + Run 200 Meters; rest 3 minutesNOTE: Time each round, trying to make each round equal to or faster than the previous round.
