WAR CONCEPT: Opiate: The Physical and the Psychological Addiction
STUDENTCLEAR10 Minute AMRAP @ 80-90% of:3 wall walks + 6 KB Snatch (3 each arm) + 3 Tire Flips + 3 Burpee Tire JumpsSTRONGA. 5 Low Bar; rest 2 minutes X 4 + Max reps with 70% of what you used. NOTE: All work sets, slightly heavier than thursday. After fourth set, then perform a max rep set with using 70% of what you used on your sets across. BALANCEFor time complete:15, 12, 9, 6 of: Push Press (135/75) + Pull UpsNOTE: Log time completed.. LIFE COACHCLEAR3 sets of:1 Snatch Grip Dead Lift + 1 Snatch High Pull; rest 2 minutesNOTE: Make sure you warm up properly, even building to your first heavy set. So you do the dead, then slowly and controllably go back to the floor, then going into the high pull. Be smooth and controlled on these. Focus on maintaining that strong consistent back angle with pulling the bar into you after passing your knees. Focus on your lats pulling the bar back into you. STRONGA. 1 Squat Snatch; rest 2 minutes X 6NOTE: All 6 sets to be done at 90%+. Log how loading and how this goes. B. Front Squat Wave: 3, 2, 1, 3, 2, 1, + 6@85%NOTE: Wave 1: 80, 85, 90. Wave 2: 85, 90, 95BALANCE3 sets for times of:18 Thrusters (95/65) + 18 Pull Ups; rest 2 minutesNOTE: log three different times. Obviously shoot for UNBOKEN. Be smart in what load you choose to use. I would rather see a load you can do UB as apposed to you chipping.
