Pick an experience to do, or two, and then combine them with the spiritual work. Make it happen. Gym ExperienceClearA. 10 minutes of mobility / skill workStrongA. In 15 minutes–find your 1rm in the snatchB. In 15 minutes–find your 1rm in the clean & jerkC. In 15 minutes–find your 3rm in the Front SquatBalance7 rounds for total time of:10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)5 Muscle Ups.......rest 1:1 Track ExperienceA. Tester--For time: run 6 laps + 50 burpees (post time)B. Hand stand walk: total distance in 5 minutes (on football field)C. On football field perform: 6--60 yard sprints; rest 2 minutesD. Tabata Push-Ups--4 minutes (low score)E. Read for 30 minutes + write about the experience + take a picture + email it to me or text. Sunday Running Experience A. Go for a 30 minute low key jog in a beautiful location with being plugged into a great musical playlist. On this run think about all of the things you are grateful for: and look to be proud of yourself for the way of life that you are trying to live.B. Send out a text to someone telling them how thankful you are for them. Spiritual WorkA. Read for 20 minutes x 4 (two of the sessions a spiritual / self help read)B. Try and have a good conversation with someone in your family this weekend.
