 Work on the Power Clean & Jerk for 10 Minutes; build to a challenging single. + 5 Sets of: 3 Power Clean & Jerk (185,115) 15 Box Jumps (24,20) 3  Power Clean & Jerk (185,115) 15 Pull Ups 3 Power Clean & Jerk (185,115)     Rest 3 Minutes + Work on Double Unders; 5 Minute AMRAP (time permitting)GYM NOTE: Log loads used, and 5 different interval times. We are looking for concise, and consistent technique throughout. Do the butterfly pull up if you've got it.
