If someone were to come to me and say "Hey, I only can work out twice a week for 30 minutes, what should I do"- I would have to tell them to squat. I feel like squatting keeps us young, and if done properly is a form of wellness. I have come to love the squat, and feel that if my squat is strong then so is everything else. Keep working at improving your squat (Low Bar); ask questions, watch videos on it, work on getting better at the technique. If your squat depth and technique are inconsistent, then your strength will not, and cannot improve.
