A. Run hard for 30 seconds (80%)/walk 30 seconds X 5 + Run Hard for 1 Minute (80%)/walk for 1 Minute X 5. Be creative of where you experience this run, do it somewhere cool. If weather is bad, you could do it on a treadmill, or do it outside regardless of weather and make it into an experience.     +B. Write about all of the things that your are thankful for.
