A New Life

A. Run 3 Miles-conversation pace     +B. GOAL SETTING: Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Think about what you want to be doing, and what type of person you would be if all of your highest hopes came true. After you have thought about this for a few minutes, create a list of goals that are personal and specific, such as: I want to be graduated from college; I want to be married with kids; I want to have a successful career; I want to be financially stable, etc.Now after you have created these goals, I want you to write at least three of the most important things you can be doing to reach your goals. These three things are short-range goals, or stepping stones, that will lead to the accomplishment of the long-range goals.     +C. Work on your spirituality on Sunday. Work on yourself through reading and prayer. Fast if you feel compelled to do so, but if you do, fast with a purpose. Fasting means no food, and no water for 24 hours time. Fasting is not only great for you spiritually, but physically as well. Start your fast off with a prayer, and then end it with a prayer; but remember, do it with a purpose in mind; a purpose that you carry in your thoughts as you go throughout the day. Utilize prayer as much as possible, and get in to the fasting experience.
