On the Minute for 6 Minutes perform 2 Power Clean and Jerk + 5 BurpeesC. 100 Ring Push Ups For TimeD. 10 Minute Double Under AMRAPGYM NOTE: Rest no longer than 3 minutes in between workouts. Should log 4 different scores/loads for: A, B, C, D. Also, log the load you use on part B, as it should be challenging. Have a good experience, and stick to the tempo of the workout. It should flow nicely if you prepare for it flow nicely (Bars ready, rope ready, properly warmed up, etc)
