A. 21,15,9 of Thrusters (95,65)+21,15,9 Kipp Pull Ups; rest 2 Minutes X 3    +B. 20 Ring Dips+Row 400 meters; rest 2 minutes X 3      +C. 10 Hand Stand Push Ups + Row 400 meters; rest 2 minutes X 3GYM NOTE: Time each and every interval time. Should log 9 different times. Challenge yourself to do part A unbroken. Advanced should get the entire workout unbroken. Only rest 2 minutes in between A,B,C.
