Experience Lake Swimming

A. Go Swimming. Make it into an experience. This doesn't necessarily need to be a workout; this is more or less just playful swimming. Do it at a pool or a lake - preferably a lake...have a good relaxing experience.     +B. Read and relax out in the sun after swimming. Meditate/self introspect/direct your thoughts towards being thankful; thankful even for the adversity in your life.      +C. Write a letter, in a card, or text someone this weekend (Family member, friend, grandparents, etc.) Tell them about this new WAR program that you have been exploring. Tell them about the changes you Hope to make by following this program. At the end of this letter, text or card, tell the person how much they mean to you. Then I want you to write in your journal how you felt during this act of kindness & after. POWER OF A SIMPLE TEXT MESSAGE: A Text Message is a powerful & easy form of communication. Send someone a meaningful text out of the blue and watch what happens. You can make someone’s day by a simple, heart- felt text message. Make this happen – it’s magical.
