Experience a Track

A. At a track perform: Run 400 Meters (1 lap); rest 2 minutes. Run 800 Meters (2 laps); rest 3 minutes. Run 1 Mile (4 laps); rest 5 minutes. Run 800 Meters (2 laps); rest 3 minutes. Run 400 Meters (1 lap); rest 2 minutes.     +B. After the track workout, walk 2 laps where you self introspect and look to direct your thinking towards being thankful. Everyone has something that they can be thankful for, so get in tune with that something and then magnify it in your mind.     +C. Write in you Journal for at least 20 minutes. Tie this writing in with prayer, where you pray before, and you pray after.
