A. Perform 7 Rounds for time of:2 Left arm KBSnatch + 10 Left Sing Arm Overhead Walking Lunges + 2 Right Arm KBSnatch + 10 Right Arm Overhead Walking Lunges.NOTE: Use 70/53 , or scale it accordingly. Do 2 Left Single arm KBS straight into 10 OH Left Sing Arm walking lunges (10 steps), and then do the same thing with the right arm, and that would be considered one round. Time to beat so far is: 10:08 (70) +B. Find a good song that is good for the brain; a song that will make you think happy and uplifting thoughts, and then share it with someone - or tell them to go check it out.
