Learn to Fly 

A. On a track perform 5 rounds for time of: Run 400 Meters + 25 Push Ups + 25 Air SquatsNOTE: If you can do this workout at around 8:30pm -9. Theres something about this time of night that's truly magical. Go find out for yourself. Remember, we are looking to create experiences through these workouts, and this experience is designed to be done at night, while the sun is creeping down. Theres a reverence at this time of night...       +B. Walk 2 more laps around the track, cooling down, meditating and praying. Get deep with yourself, and think about how wonderful life is. Think about how wonderful life is through a clear lens. Think about boredom and downtime. Can you see how boredom and downtime aren't even real? - And that if you can learn how to feel the void through exercise and spirituality that there is no such thing as boredom? Look to be thankful on this beautiful summer night, and then let that thankfulness carry over into the rest of the night.       + C. This weekend I want you to spend time with the people you love. I want you to pick someone that is very special to you. This could be you’re Mom, Dad, Wife, Best Friend, etc. Talk to them in a very personal way. Tell them how much they mean to you and how much you love them. Have a deep meaningful conversation.
