Have a Light About You

A. Front Squat 2-3 Reps; rest 20 seconds + 20 Pull Ups; rest 3 minutes X 5.       +B.  For time complete 50 Toes2Bar + 100 Anchored Sit-ups (dumbbells under your feet).. OR Advanced only do: 80 GHD Sit-Ups for time.NOTE: Challenge yourself on the Front squat. Log the loads you use. All 5 sets should be challenging. Same with the pull-Ups; challenge yourself to get more reps unbroken, or unbroken.
