Experience a Football Field

A. For Time On a Football Field sprint 50 yards and then back + Sprint 100 yards and then back.NOTE: This should be a one time shot at 100% effort. Make sure you are properly warmed up.       +B. For Time On the football field complete 100 yards doing the Burpee broad jump.NOTE: Rest as needed after A. This also should be a one time shot at 100% effort.      +C.  Cool down by walking two to three laps around the track. While cooling down, say a prayer for someone. Everyone can think of someone that needs help, say a  prayer for that someone.      +D. Read at least 90 minutes total accumulation over the weekend. Do it however you want; break it up into three 30 minute sessions, or six 15 minute sessions - yours is to choose. Read with a real intent to learn; study if you will.
