A. 3 Sets of:3 Tough Dead Lift + Run 200 meters @ 95%; rest 3 minutes actively       +B.  3 Sets of:3 Hang Power Clean (Moderate) + run 200 meters @ 95%; rest 3 minutes actively       +C.  3 sets of:10 Tough Russian KB Swings + Run 200 metes f@ 95%; rest 3 minutes activelyNOTE: Do all three sets of A - before moving on, and then do the same with B  -before moving on to C. Challenge yourself on the dead lift load; heavier than last. Challenge yourself on B, however it is moderate. Think about getting strong, and being efficient. Log loads + times. Thanks.       +D.
