A. Hike at a constant for 30- 45 minutes; very little rest. Go hard, and even challenge yourself. Analyze where your mind goes when you are challenging yourself. Look for the escape that a workout such as this can provide you with. You will find that you often times can't hear anything, and that you can actually stop thinking for a time, where your mind will be at ease from yourself, then causing an escape. Who says that we can't escape when being physically active? - since being physically active is in fact one of God's greatest, and even truest gifts. Be creative in where you experience this experience, since creativity and being unique is what it takes to truly overcome addiction. Do the hike in the evening, no later the the 6 o'clock hour.        +B. During the cool down on your hike I want you to think about the importance of doing the right things for you and your family. The family is so important: so I want you to think about where you can improve in your family life. Then I want you to pick something small that you want to work on in improving within your family, and then diligently work on it. Keep working on the things that are of most important in your life; and that important something is the family, for without the family the Dragon wins. Keep looking to improve your relationships within your family.
