Sorry for the late post; power was out....A. 1 Power Clean + 3 Push press; rest 1 minute X 6       +B. 3 Split Jerk; rest 90 seconds X 3       +C. 40 TGU 's for time - 20 each armNOTE: A) Try and go up each set, form permitting. B) Work on the split jerk technique. If this lift isn't familiar to you, do your research and look at todays session as practice. The novice shouldn't worry to much about loading. C) go hard on this, take you KB somewhere outside and do it on the grass.
