Plant Flowers 

A. Ring Plank Holds; on 1 minute, off 1 minute X 5NOTE: If you don't have rings, do plank holds on the ground, or be creative.       +B. Tabata Box Jumps - 20 inch boxNOTE: twenty seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest. You follow this pattern for 4 minutes. Take your low score for any given round.        +C. AMRAP in 7 minutes of:5 Ring Dips + 5 BurpeesNOTE: Log total rounds accomplished - go hard. Push past the pain, and go further. If you don't have rings do bench or bar dips.       +D. Go for a 10 minute jog @ Z1 paceNOTE: this is at a pace that you can have a conversation at. Be creative in where you go. Think about all of the things you can be thankful for in your life; even adversity.       +E. WAR Concept: Study - Matthew Ch 5 OR  3rd Nephi Ch 12 OR both. Use prayer when studying these scriptures.
