A. Jog for 15 minutes @ Z1 paceNOTE: This is a slow paced jog. Be creative of where you go, and as always direct your thinking towards gratitude and prayer. +B. Find your 3RM in the Back Squat - Low BarNOTE: Look to be stronger than last week.+C. 4 sets of:5 Heavy Front Squat + Row 200 meters; rest 3 minutesNOTE: Front squat should be heavy; however, listen to your body.
