Track & Fall Weather
A. At a high school track perform:Run 400 Meters (1-lap) @ 80%; rest 5 minutes X 4NOTE: 80% is at 80%; it's not a casual jog. The rest should be active rest, where you walk a cool down lap, working on your breathing while getting lost in meditative thought. +B. On the grass perform 100 sit ups for time +C. Help someone this weekend to do something. This could be a small form of service; it doesn't have to be this huge thing, just do something for someone. Be creative in how you approach this. +D. Over the weekend, think about the concept: Having the ability to finally see around your addiction. I've been thinking about this a lot lately, and I want to know what you think it means to have the ability to see around your addiction. When the thought to take yourself out of reality pops into your mind, what then can possibly help buffer the craving, then helping you to see around your addiction, and even past it?
