Stay Sprinting
A. At a track run for 10 Minutes - Warm Up Jog. Get lost in meditative thought and prayer, while directing your thinking towards gratitude. +B. On the football field grass perform:10 Fast Burpees + Sprint to the opposite end-zone.NOTE: start in one end zone, and then finish in the other end-zone, and then walk back, which the walk back will be considered the rest. While walking back, during the rest, work on your breathing while getting lost in meditative thought. Close your eyes, and let the sun beat down on your face as you walk back. +C. On the track run for 10 minutes- Cool Down. Get lost in meditative thought and prayer, and in your prayer ask for help with something that you are struggling with. +D. Find some solitude this weekend – go on a hike, drive, walk, etc. Just go some place where you can do some deep thinking. Think about all of the things you are thankful for in your life. We all have something we are thankful for – think deep about all of the things you are thankful for and then write them down, and even write about the experience.
