A. 100 Ring Push Ups For TimeNOTE: Compare old notes       +B. 3 Back Squat + Sprint 100 Meters; Rest 2 Minutes X 3NOTE: Look to use a load that is slightly heavier than Mondays. We will test on Monday, looking to set a new 3 RM PR.       +C. 5 Sets of:5 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters +20 Calorie Rows +20 Double Unders +5 Hang Squat Clean Thrusters; rest 3 minutes.NOTE: Time each round. The Max load to be used on the HPC-Thruster is 135. Scale the double Unders to singles; however, the only way you get these is by practice.
