A. AMRoundsAP in 10 Minutes of:7 Supine Ring Pull Ups + 7 Elevated Push UpsNOTE: Supine are laying on your back pulling yourself up. Elevated: are elevated pushups using 45lb plates, where you look to increase your range of motion by touching your chest to the ground each rep. Novice, do regular push ups.       +B. 8 Fast Thrusters + 8 Fast Burpees; rest 2 Minutes X 3NOTE: loads are 115, 95, 75, 65. The goal is to be fast, and get through the 16 reps as fast as you can, then resting 2 minutes X 3.       +C. Row for 1 minute @ 100% effort; rest 1 minute X 10, or for 20 minutes.NOTE: Goal is to achieve 3k meters by the end of the 20 minutes. You row for 1 minute, then rest for 1 minute, and you do that 10 times, or for 20 total minutes.       +D. At the end of the row, walk for 5 minutes while directing your thinking towards gratitude. Take big slow breaths, and work on your breathing. Get lost in meditative thought and prayer.
