Find Quiet

A. Run for 40 Minutes @ a slow to medium pace. Work on your mind while running; look to direct your thoughts towards gratitude.       +B. Help somebody this weekend. It's a good time of year to help someone in their yard. Make it happen.       +C. Drive somewhere and work on your spirituality. Be creative of to where you go. Meditate, pray, read, and then of course write about the experience.        +D. Text or call someone this weekend - telling them how much you love them.
