AMRAP of double Unders in 10 MinutesSTRENGTHA. 1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean; rest 2 minutes X 5NOTE: 70% of your 1RM Power Clean; or if your squat clean max is higher than your power clean then base it off your squat clean.      + B. 1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk + 1 Split Jerk; rest 2 minutes X NOTE: Go heavy; if you eventually fail at the push press, then try to get the split jerk and the push jerk.CONDITIONINGFor Time Complete:Row 1k + 15 Squat Clean Thrusters + 50 KBS + 50 Box Jumps + 30 Burpees + 75 Pull UpsNOTE: Thruster loads are 155,135,115,95,65. You can push jerk it if you need to at the top instead of doing a straight thruster. You just need to be able to get the load overhead somehow coming out of the squat clean. KBS: 70,55.
