Sorry for the late post...not sure what happened.A. Go to a track and run 2 laps. After your second lap continue your running, but travel somewhere other than the track, where the terrain will change. Maybe you take your journey onto some grass, where you go explore the other fields around the track. Maybe you take your experience out on to the road. Whatever you do, just be creative. Run for about 30 minutes time at a slow to medium pace. Direct your thinking towards gratitude; and try to think positively throughout the entire experience +B. Study about someone who has made a great impact on this world. And then write about what you have studied, and then email me what you wrote.dustin@workoutaddictionrecovery.com
