Get down there to that good depth. Focus on the hip drive coming out of the bottom.  Look to increase your load each set.B. 1  Squat Snatch; rest 2 minutes X 3NOTE: Perform 3 heavy work sets. Log three loads. Be quick under the bar. BALANCE7 Rounds For Time:7 Power Cleans (135/75) + 7 Burpee Bar HopsNOTE: Go hard. Log time completed. Work on crisp, touch and go technique, maintaining a strong confident back angle. Make sure you are standing up at the top of the clean, or you are not properly finishing the lift.
