WAR CONCEPT: Spiritual, Physical, and the NutritionalWe could relapse for a weekend, where we went on a three day bender, only to find our way back by using our spiritual, physical, and nutritional foundation. It was so because we had the necessary insight and knowledge from using the nutritional, spiritual, and the physical in the past to feel better, which then gave us the ability to look forward with hope to changing our life through the nutritional, spiritual, and physical once again. We knew that we had the opportunity to feel better in just seven days time if we would just remain perfect in what we allowed into our body, while also at the same time diligently working on our spiritual and physical self. Now we have reversed our thinking from the poor addictive thinking concerning the negative substances of this world, to that of the addictive thinking concerning the healthy substances of this world, and even what we allow into our body, and also what we are choosing to put into our mind and soul. When we are lost through our addiction we are not only harming our physical bodies, but we are also harming our spirit and soul. When we become free from the entangled web of our addiction- it's nice to know that we have that spiritual, nutritional, and physical foundation to grab hold of to ensure that we make it back, not remaining in that lost and fallen state of our addiction.Write about, and even discuss this concept...
