There are so many ways to get high. There is so much to see, do, and to get good at in the world if we would just live a clear life. If we don't stay clear, we will never search. We who struggle with addiction must become searchers of new ways to get high through the spiritual; through the physical; and through the emotional. Be a searcher.
CLEAR
3 sets of:15-25 GHD Sit Ups + 10 KB Snatch (5 each arm); rest 2 minutesNOTE: Go heavy on the KB snatch. Novice, make sure your technique is developed before trying to attempt full range of motion on the GHD sit up. Scaled, just do ab-mat sit ups.STRONGA. Dead Lift 5, 4, 3, 2, 1; rest 3 minutesNOTE: Challenging loads each set, building each set. Your single should be heavy, but not quite a a 1RM. Reps should be done doing a controlled touch and go. Log loads..BALANCEUsing a continuously running clock perform max reps of:3 Minutes of the Squat Clean (165/110)2 Minutes of the Squat Snatch (135/90)1 Minute of the Thruster (105/70)NOTE: Remember, the clock is continuously running so this is a six minute workout. You need to strip your weights fast and efficiently so that you can move from one movement to the next quickly. I would give yourself about 15 seconds to strip the weight. Score is total reps accomplished, however, log how many reps per each movement.
