Be Technical

EXPERIENCE NOTE: Give this experience a try. Don't be lazy, and don't be afraid to be unique. A. Outside, Jog a 5K at a Z1 pace (Pace you could have a conversation at). Look to get lost in meditative thought and prayer. Do this experience in unique area; somewhere that can help you to get lost in good memories.        +B. Study about Jesus Christ through whatever way you know how. Could be through google; could be through the scriptures; could be through a book someone had wrote about him. Spend some time and look to familiarize yourself with The Christ.        +C. Write about what you learned from your study about Christ. Be detailed, and get into this writing experience.        +D. Before bed, go for a walk outside of your house and get lost in a prayer.
