A. Time Trial: Run a 5K for time (3.2 miles)NOTE: Even if you cant run the entire way and have to walk some of the way - time this, and make your way 3.2 miles in whatever way you can. Challenge yourself. Listen to good music, and direct you thoughts towards gratitude. Have a good experience B. Before bed: Read for 20 minutes + Pray/meditate (be creative and get into the prayer experience) + Write about the remote experience and how it went.
