WAR Life Coach John Zizumbo

I was raised in Ogden Utah, and attended Ogden City Schools, graduating from Ben Lomond High School. I have a B.S. degree in Psychology from Weber State.   I competed locally in power lifting for approximately 4-5 years and was ranked third at the 198lb. weight class in the State of Utah in 1984.   I currently have 28 yrs. experience in working with Juveniles, and am the Director at the Cache Valley Youth Center in Logan, Utah.   I was introduced to the WAR lifestyle 27 months ago, when I was looking for a program that would assist a son of mine that struggles with addiction. I have seen the progress made by addicts that buy into the program and have seen some amazing results in their demeanor even after just a few short weeks.

The WAR program has personally helped me in overcoming anxiety, and some situational depression that I experienced after a failed relationship approximately 2 1/2 yrs. ago. This, compiled with the fact that my own son was struggling- gave me an outlet that allowed me to retain my sanity and gave me a sense of accomplishment, confidence, and a calmness that I most likely wouldn't have been able to achieve without the classroom, workouts and nutrition that WAR offers.
