CLEARA. 10 KB Thrusters (70/55/35)+ 10 Toes2Bar; rest 1 minute X 3.NOTE: These are to be done with a single KB, doing a goblet squat into a thruster. STRONGA. 5 Back Squat-Low Bar (85-90%); rest 2 minutes X 3NOTE: Based off of your 1rm, then performing 3 work sets. Log loads used. B. Perform 4 sets of: 3Hang Power Clean +3 Front Squat + 3 Push Jerk; rest 2-3 minutes. NOTE: Advanced-these need to be heavy, even doing the split jerk. Challenge yourself on all four sets, trying to increase your load each set. Novice, working on becoming more efficient at these movements.
