PROGRAM NOTE: Evaluate where your nutrition and hydration are at. If you are participating in this WAR program (gym experience, remote, and weekend experience)- then it is an absolute must that you are taking care of yourselves. If you are not fueling yourself properly, drinking plenty of water, and getting plenty of sleep- then you are running the risk of injury. If you are going to train in this elite way then you have got to fuel yourself in an elite way as well. Make this happen...CLEARA. Tabata Box Jumps (24,20) - 3 Minutes rest exactly 1 minute before moving on to BB. Run 400 Meters; rest 1 Minute; Run 400 MetersNOTE: Log low score on tabata box jumps. Log total time on the 400's, including the 1 minute rest in between. These are to be done @ 100 Percent effort. STRONGA.
