WAR CONCEPT: Beat an Opiate Craving
WAR CONCEPT: Beat an Opiate Craving #1To beat an Opiate craving we have to have the idea engrained in our mind that no forward momentum will occur if we continue to heed to his call. We have to have the "what's the point" understanding, meaning-what's the point of getting back into a relationship with Opiate since its a relationship that cannot last, and is but a dead end road. The hardcore relationship with Opiate has been proven to lead an individual two places: the first one being prison, the second one being death; therefore, what is the point of being in a relationship with Opiate. When the craving travels in to your mind, and the want to give way to that craving presses on you, then step back and ask yourself what the point of it would be. Do you really think that Opiate is something you can get away with doing just one more time? That thought is a thinking error in itself, and is one that will lead you back to Opiate time and time again. Just know that the cravings are going to come, and they might be so intense at times that you lose all of your focus, but if you will build a strong foundation of "what's the point" type thinking, then you will be able to slow yourself down and stop yourself from heeding to his call. If you can just wait it out, utilizing prayer, exercise, and calling someone, then the possessive craving will subside, and you will find yourself feeling at peace once again, even becoming stronger than you were before since you will have beat a craving. To beat an Opiate craving we must have a motivation to live life, and since Opiate allows no one to live life, then we must search for many other reasons of why we want to live life clear. Our children and family can be a strong motivation; obtaining the finer things in life, and even stability and wealth can be a strong motivation. Whatever your motivation might be, then you must magnify it in your mind, hoping that whatever motivates you will grab hold of your thinking, then pushing aside the craving, then moving your thoughts forward towards being motivated to live life to the fullest, which is a fullness that cannot come by way of Opiate, but can only come by the way of a clear mind. When the Opiate thought pops in to your head, then keep it on the surface of your thinking, and don't paint the picture of what the night or day would look like with Opiate in it. Keep it on the surface, even magnifying intensely in your mind what motivates you to live life, and then roll forward with confidence, carrying a humble slow character, having the deep understanding that Opiate leads to a life full of nothing-and so there is really no point in putting Him back into your system no matter how many lies He may tell you. He's going to tell you that He can make you feel good, and that He can make you talkative and happy; however, this seems to be just another lie because right after that fake conversation is an irritable come down, and then of course the chase for that false lift that you'll never catch. The only thing you'll ever catch from Opiate is a dark character, and one that no one wants to be around, so as I said before, what's the point of being in a relationship with opiate if the only thing your going to catch is a life full of nothing.Assignment: Write about this concept.
