Part 1AMA. Upon waking up perform: 50 Burpees + Read for 30 Minutes outside, while getting lost in meditative thought. (I'm promoting scripture study)B. Eat a perfectly balanced breakfast + pray in a unique spot (outside, or even in your house)Part 2PMA. Go swimming (only playful swimming). I'm promoting that you do this around the 8-8:30pm hour if you can, and in a lake. If you can't make it to a lake, then go to a river or a pool. This is not a workout, its just a time for you to cool off and enjoy swimming in the summer. By doing this experience around the 8-8:30 hour you will truly experience something magical on this summer night. There is something about that time frame in the summer that is special. If you go to a lake, be careful of where you swim. B. After the swim, say another prayer at the lake as you watch the last bit of light fade. Sit and meditate, pondering the experience, and taking in the nature. Search for thankful thoughts, and as always, search for the spiritual high that can be captured in such an experience. This sort of high will lead to thoughts of gratitude. Search for it…C.
